The Information We Collect Personally identifiable information is information that others can use to identify you, such as your name, address, email address, credit card number or phone number. When you register on and throughout your use of the Site you provide Loan Saver Direct with certain personally identifiable information including without limitation your name, address, ZIP Code, email address, telephone number, information about whether you plan on buying and/or selling property, home search criteria, information about financing for the purchase of property and other information related to the sale and/or purchase of property.
Additionally, Loan Saver Direct servers automatically record information sent by your browser when you use the Loan Saver Direct Site, including Internet Protocol address, browser type and language, and date and time of request. We may also collect information using cookies, web beacons or similar technologies.
When you send email or other communication to Loan Saver Direct, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our service.
How We Use Information
Depending on your use of the Site and the services you request from Loan Saver Direct, we may use your personally identifiable information for the following purposes:

* To solicit your feedback about our services.
* To alert you to new Site features, promotions, services, and to deliver other information from which you may opt out.
Loan Saver Direct may disclose your personally identifiable information to another entity (i) for purposes of outsourcing one or more of the functions described in the previous section; (ii) to confirm or update information provided by you; (iii) to inform you of important information; (iv) as a part of a sale of assets as described in the previous section; (v) with other companies for the purposes of marketing products to you after obtaining your consent; and/or (vi) as otherwise authorized by you.
Loan Saver Direct will provide you with an opportunity to opt-in to share information with and receive information from Loan Saver Direct partners.
Loan Saver Direct may transmit your personally identifiable information to third parties involved with your sale and/or purchase (or potential sale and/or purchase) of real estate. These parties include, but are not limited to insurance providers, lenders, appraisers, home warranty providers and inspectors. You also give Loan Saver Direct permission to transmit your personally identifiable information to other parties or real estate agents involved in your sale and/or purchase process.
You may choose to work with companies that are not affiliated with or related to Loan Saver Direct, including without limitation lending institutions, title companies, insurers, appraisers, home warranty companies and other service providers, in connection with your real estate transaction. These companies may each have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your personally identifiable information. Loan Saver Direct accepts no responsibility or liability for third party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personally identifiable information.
Third Party Advertising
Third-party advertisers may serve you ads when you visit the Site. Some of these companies may use information about your visits to Loan Saver Direct and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.
A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain websites. When you visit the Site, Loan Saver Direct sends one or more cookies to your computer that uniquely identifies your Internet browser.

California Privacy Rights

If you request it, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your personally identifiable information as well as a cost-free means of doing so. To receive such a notice, submit a written request to the address listed in the Contact section below, specifying that you seek your “California Customer Choice Notice.” Please allow thirty days for a response.
Your Loan Saver Direct account can be de-activated at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. However, you will not be able to access any of the services offered by Loan Saver Direct if you choose to deactivate your account.
Viewing and Updating your Information

If you have lost your password, you may request a new one by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also contact your sales agent to edit the information you provide to Loan Saver Direct
